Before founding Lexelians in 2012, Laurent Beauvoit was partner in Aklea (law firm specialized in capital markets law, securities law and corporate law for listed companies), senior associate in the Department “Corporate – Capital Market” at Shearman & Sterling LLP, and associate in the Department “Capital Markets” at Gide Loyrette Nouel.
Laurent Beauvoit is a graduate of the University of Tours (DESS in International Trade Law) and the University of Exeter (UK – LLM in International Trade Law).
